Mom, Christy Keane, shared the touching video of his baby's and wrote about this incredible moment, "CHARLY HEARS FOR THE FIRST TIME AND HEARS ME SAY I LOVE YOU FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!
The 9-month-old baby, Charly, was born profoundly deaf and he is overwhelmed with emotions after hearing for the first time her mum say "hello" and "I love you"using the right hearing aids.
“That connection in our eyes at that moment I can’t even put into words because its unexplainable” Mom, Christy Keane told WAVY.com. “I know she was feeling what I was feeling in my heart at the same time.”

Christy wrote on Instagram: "Charly hears for the first time and hears me say 'I love you' for the first time!!!
"We had our miracle moment that I have been praying for when Char got her hearing aids today.
"We didn't think she would hear anything so this was more incredible than I can put into words.
"Her journey to implants and language development is off to an amazing start!"
"I've never seen that face before.''
"A special thank you to Eastern Virginia Medical School and Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) Audiology and ENT department for being so awesome at what you do and giving us this moment to share," Christy Keane wrote.
